Criminal Justice Center Parking Lot
As requested, I have contacted the contractor who is currently doing our Sidewalk and Street
Replacement Program to obtain pricing on construction of the proposed parking lot south of the
Criminal Justice Center. A copy of the construction plan was provided to the contractor showing
the general configuration necessary for the parking lot. They provided a total pricing of $52,714
for the parking lot. This includes the concrete, construction staking and the lime stabilization. I
am unsure where the City is wanting to go with this pricing. My recollection is that this pricing
is higher than what the original bid was for the parking iot. With this memo I have attached a
copy of their estimate.
