RE: Police/Courts Facility Parking Lot Expansion
Dear Mr. Koch:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a paving detail.
2. Provide drainage information showing how much drainage will be discharged at the existing
curb opening. Some type of permanent erosion control may be needed at the outfall.
3. Maybe an additional curb opening could be provided in the new paving section to limit the
amount of drainage being concentrated at one location (see sheet C-2).
4. The sidewalk adjacent to Town Center Blvd. should be extended to the south.
5. Landscaping and irrigation plans need to be sent to Brad Reid in Leisure Services for
review.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
