Does this site plan need to be platted?
Water services of any size or type require metering devices.
Will owner/developer have to adhere to any Historic District zoning requirements?
Detailed water service plans will need to be provided at a later date so that comments
can be formulated.
Landscape and irrigation plans will need to be submitted at some point in the future.
Staff anticipates that this will occur at the platting process.
