Dear Mr. Shepard:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. On the final plat, please provide a note regarding maintenance of the grassy area east
of the proposed retaining wall and screening wall.
2. On the site plan, provide two separate meters for the domestic and irrigation services.
3. Show a profile of the paving and subgrade design for the fire lanes and parking area on
the site plan.
4. Provide a cross section of the design for the proposed screening and retaining wall.
5. On the utility plan, show the irrigation meter and the double check assembly for the 8"
water line.
6. On the grading plan, show the top of curb elevations at the locations shown on the
plans.
7. On the drainage area map, show how the runoff is being picked up after it leaves
drainage area 3. Also, show the 16" water line location for line "A" and the hydraulic
grade line.
8. On the erosion control plan, show the new location of the storm drain inlet.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
