Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary Plat on
October 19, 1995.
TRANSPORTATION:
Denton Tap Road is a P6D, six-lane divided thoroughfare built to
standard in a 100-foot fight-of-way.

DISCUSSION:
The final plat of this proposed two professional buildings agrees
with the approved preliminary plat. Although the Leisure. Services
Department is requiring a 12' concrete hike and bike Wail
dedication and construction within a 25' dedicated area along the
Lone Star Gas right-of-way, it must be noted that this trail would
be considered beyond the property lines of CoppeH Professional
Plaza.
