COMMENT STATUS:
Preliminary Plat Comments:
1. There needs to be discussion about the proposed dedication of the area across the Lone Star
Gas right-of-way to the City of Coppell. It is my opinion that this should be a private access
easement maintained by the Coppell Profession Plaza Addition.
2. Necessary fees will be required.
3. A landscaping easement from Lone Star Gas Company right-of-way will need to be
finalized.
Site Plan Comments:
The access easements deadend on the north side into the existing CISD property, prior to
accessing that property there needs to be verification that there are access easements to tie
into.
Preliminary Utility Map Comments:
5. Drainage information should be provided that shows flow arrows, drainage areas, etc. The
main question is where does this property drain to?
