Utility Plan Comments:
1. Show storm drain plan, sizes of water mains, meter sizes, drainage easements for meters.
Site Plan Comments:
1. Show median on Denton Tap Road.
2. Driveway spacing shall be 150' minimum from adjacent properties ingress/egress points.
3. Fire trucks shall have minimum 30' inside radius in fire lane.
4. What about using access easement across Lone Star Gas easement?
