Coppell Church-CS 901107GINN, INC. November 7, 1990 Ms. Shohre Daneshmand, P.E. City of Coppell P.O. Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019 CONSULTING ENGINEERS Re: Coppell of Christ Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Plan Dear Ms. Daneshmand: We have reviewed the above referenced plans for general conformance to the City of Coppell ordinances and standards. The following sets forth our comments. Extend 8" waterline from Samuel Blvd. along south side of building to west, add fire hydrant for additional fire protection. Provide for future extension to west to complete "looped" system. Indicate what happens to drainage at southwesternmost corner of property. Provide information regarding permission from property owner regarding temporary swale along south property line. Indicate how long temporary swale will be in place. On drainage calculations, area #4 should reflect future design conditions not existing. Is there a conflict with sanitary sewer stub-out or water services stub-outs with the TU Electric easement? Please address. Provide details of pavement/repair replacement on Samuel Blvd. where waterlines occur. Sanitary sewer shall be minimum 8" diameter and constructed with dry bore - no "wet" bores allowed. Provide grading and drainage plan for site with elevations, grades, etc. 17103 Preston Road · Suite 100 · LB 118 · Dallas, Texas 75248 · Phone 214/248-4900 Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections to the plans as submitted.
