Each house would be $900 for two appraisals on each home. Also, as we
discussed earlier and per the document you sent, these appraisals are only for mortgage purposes and there is not court
work involved.

One question before I comment on the proposal. As I said there will be 3 of these, all in the same area, would they be
$900 each, or would there be a reduction for the other two if we contracted to do all three at one time?

Thanks for calling me back earlier. I'm attaching several documents for you to take a look at concerning the referenced
property. First is the plan showing the road improvements in the vicinity of the home in question.
Second is the survey work showing the land needed for the expansion, third is the partial release checklist from the
mortgage holder. In addition I've attached an exhibit that we prepared showing the aerial image, the proposed paving,
and the required right of way. The final attachment is the survey we had prepared to meet the requirements listed in
the partial release document.
When you have had a chance to look these over, please call me back so we can discuss it further.
