Second Construction Review Comments for 149 Cottonwood Drive Grading and
Drainage Improvements.
Dear Ms. Weaver:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Revise the top of the modified Y-inlet thickness to 6 inches instead of the 6 feet shown on
sheet 1 of the plans.
Revise the note on Sheet 1 Section B-B concerning the 3" diameter pipe to say minimum
3" diameter non corrosive metal pipe.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
