The city has contracted with Wally Jones to perform the necessary appraisal of your property. Wally will be contacting
you directly to set up a time to come and appraise your home. Once we have the completed report we will assist you in

Also just a reminder- Chase Bank stated:
"Please note that the processing time for a Partial Release is approximately
6 - 8 Weeks from the receipt of a complete package".
US Bank did not give a processing time.
