This property is under a PD. The overall zoning is SF-12, and there has been an approved Planned Development for 4
single family homes.
They are currently going through the approval process to change this PD to a TH-1 designation, with the ability to
construct 9 homes. City staff is not supporting the request. It will go before the Planning Commission in December, and
City Council in January.

Also the vacant land next door to Mr Mills is that still zoned sf-12 or has that been changed to townhouse zoning?

Keith I am correct in thinking that Mills (250 W Sandy Lake) will lose 11 trees and Beas (100 Oak Trail ) will lose 10 trees?
