I just got off the phone with Ms. Walker at US Bank. She will accept the appraisal that has already been performed.
Please send the two separate appraisals that I provided. If you need any assistance completing the application for
release from both US Bank and Chase, please let me know.
If you will provide copies of your check and the form that substantiates the cost due for the partial release, the city will
reimburse this cost at our closing.

Interesting. The only list I saw was the one from Chase Bank (attached).
It did not specify who could do the appraisal.

Attached are the requirements of U S Bank that was emailed to Ms. Fichter on 10-6-10. It appears that U S Bank wants
their own appraiser. Maybe someone needs to talk to this lady and clarify where we stand.

Keith the appraisals for the Mills property is attached. Should have the
Beas property completed tomorrow. How would you like to handle payment?, I
