I did not hear from Oncor after our last telecon. Please email the contact information for Oncor Easement "legal"
Easement representation, regarding the 101 Oak Trail, Coppell TX 75019 property. Be sure to reference the information
to the above referenced parties.
Michael Messerly will have Barbara Martin's power of attorney to negotiate the Oncor aerial easement, with final sign-
off of Barbara Martin, through Attorney representation of Jerry Ware.
Also, the building permit department has not rendered the fence permit, perhaps you could help with this issue also?
