Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Dear Mr. Cast:
We are delivering six sets of operation and maintenance manuals for the Village Parkway Pump Station
Addition Project. The manuals were submitted by North Texas Municipal Construction Company in six
volumes as follows:
Volume No. I: Pumps & Motors
Amperometric Titrator
Tapping Valves
Volume No. II: Emergency Chlorine Scrubber System
Volume No. III: Emergency Ammonia Scrubber System
Volume No. IV: Disinfection Equipment
Volume No. V: Pump Control Valves
Volume No. VI: Electrical and Instrumentation
We have reviewed the information contained in these volumes and find that they are in general conformante
with the requirements of the contract documents. Please note however; these sets do not contain information
relative to the SCADA System. It is our understanding that Team Controls is working to complete that portion
of the contract and the SCADA operation and maintenance manuals will be submitted at a later date.
These sets are provided for the City's use and records. Although we have retained one copy of the shop
drawings submitted by the contractor on this project for our records, we have not kept a copy of the operation
and maintenance manuals.
