Country Estates-CS 930622 The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 June 22, 1993 Mr. Jack McGrath Jack McGrath & Associates 7515 Greenville Avenue, Suite 310 LB 519 Dallas, TX 75231 RE: Country Estates Entry Garden Dear Mr. McGrath: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1) Provide setback dimensions for gazebo, stone columns, iron fence, and stone panel. 2) Label the 45 degree visibility line. 3) Provide dimensions for proposed stone columns and gazebo. 4) Irrigation controller needs to have the following: surge protection, Rain Sensor and Freeze Sensor. 5) Water meters will be assessed by the City of Coppell Water Utilities Department. 6) Show the location of the proposed sidewalks and handicap ramps. Also, provide details of each. 7) Sprinkler heads are indicated within the proposed sidewalk. 8) A Homeowners Maintenance Agreement is required to maintain the entry features. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
