SUBJECT: Reclaiming a portion of land in the Drainage Easement.
.Dear Ken,
Let this letter be of evidence to you that we will instruct
the homeowner that they will be fully responsible for maintaining
the portion of easement .that lies within Block A, Lot 3 according
to Covenant and Deed Restrictions established for Country Estates
and filed with the City of Coppell on October 23, 1992. Currently,
there are no trees at all in the subject area that we are
reclaiming to use as deemable land. We are also totally committed
to preserving all trees and we will not touch any of the trees in
the easement surrounding the.subject property.
Finally, the subject area that we are reclaiming in the
easement will be sodded with grass to enhance the beauty of the
area, as well as, to protect the soil from casual run-off water
that drains from the home.
Again, thank you for your time and support in enhancing the
quality of life for our future homeowners in Country Estates.
