RE: Entry Markers/Country Estates
Dear Mr. Stacks:
I muted the design details for the entry markers on Coun~t~Estates to Public Works, Planning,
and Building Inspection. The following comments were generated:
Public Work~: If the entry markers are to be landscaped and irrigated,
then a utility layout should be provided.
Planning/Building Inspection: An engineer's design/seal should be provided for the
structural part of the foundation and the wall.
There were no c~mments from the depa~-tments in opposition to the entry markers. Therefore,
once these two issues have been resolved, an approval of the entry markers can be obtained.
