Thanks for all your help on the fence issue. I'll be back in town late Friday, so I can swing by as well.
I don't remember the exact dollar amount, but Chad Beach got it from our Oncor account rep. Whatever it was, I
multiplied it times 36 to get three years worth of our cost. This is simply a pass through, we don't make any money on
it.
This fee is adopted by Council Resolution, and would require Council action to change it.

Rick and I met with Alpine this morning and they understand the situation and will be bringing out their own water and
will make sure they clean up after themselves. They plan on setting post tomorrow and bringing out material tomorrow.
They hope to be finished by Friday or Saturday, I told them we arent working Friday or Saturday but they can call me or
email me if they have any problems, I will be in the area Friday and Saturday so I can drive by if I need to.
on another note: Our new fee schedule for street lighting is $584.64 per light, below is what oncor sent me for royal
oaks and the developer is questioning the difference. Do you recall where we came up with that number or what is
included in our fee to the developer, if not, it can wait until you get back.

The 100 watt High Pressure Sodium light to be installed in Royal Oaks under Schedule A is $9.79 per light per month.
1-light per year is $117.48
2 lights for 2 years (24 mo.)comes to be $469.92.
