Our Finance Department cuts checks on Fridays. Your invoice should be processed for the check run this week. They
typically mail the checks out Friday afternoon, but if you prefer I can ask them to send the check to me so you can pick
it up here.

Hello Mr Marvin,
Just following up to see if we may meet you or stop by tomorrow to take care of the invoice. No pressure, just didn't
know how you process the invoices.. if checks are sent out on certain days or if contractors are in charge of scheduling
with your office. Any info is appreciated. I hate to bother you about it, so please let me know and we will go from there.
