The next day or two they tore a portion of it up and re-poured it. During one or both of these demolitions they ripped through my sprinkler wiring and Verizon's FIOS wiring rendering my sprinkler system useless as well as my TV, phone and computer system. I chased down a Verizon truck and they immediately came over and made a temporary fix and promised to get it repaired permanently asap. I'm still waiting, but at least it works. I called Grow It Land Designs of Coppell and they sent a team to repair the sprinkler issue which is still waiting final repair, but at least it's working now. Now the issue. I received and paid an invoice for $175.00 for the repairs and I'm fixing to pay another invoice for $81.19 for moving two sprinkler heads so they don't water the new sidewalk. My question is who is going to reimburse me for the $175.00?
