Gentlemen,
The City of Coppell is in the final design stages for the widening of Sandy Lake Road from Denton Tap to North Coppell
Road. All land rights have been acquired, and utility relocations are under way. We anticipate this construction
beginning by late summer.
It is our understanding that the Coppell ISD has communication infrastructure along this route. This infrastructure will
need to be relocated in advance of this project.
Oncor is currently on the ground setting new poles for their relocation. If you need additional information to plan and
schedule the relocation of your facilities, please let me know. Once your plans are complete, please submit them to the
engineering department for permitting.
