Don,
I would like to meet with you this morning. I have a 10:00 meeting in my office. Could you come in earlier or later?
We'll pull some drawings together for you.
Thanks,
Keith

Keith, I work with Capco Communications, the fiber contractor for Coppell ISD. I would like to obtain any plans you have
on the Sandy Lake Road project in order to prepare for permitting and moving the ISD fiber. I will be in Coppell
tomorrow morning about 10:00 AM and wondered if you could discuss this with Kyle Capps and myself.
Thanks,
Don Roundtree

Good afternoon.
The City of Coppell has several CIP projects that we are trying to move
forward. The largest, and most pressing project is Sandy Lake Road from
Denton Tap to North Coppell Road. We recently issued a permit to Oncor
to relocate their poles along this stretch, and our intention is to
begin our construction work as soon as these poles have been moved.
Here is some information on how you can obtain the latest construction
plans:
Keith:
We have created an FTP site for the Sandy Lake plans.
ftp.tnp-online.com
Acct Name: SandyLakeRoad
Password: tnp4slr
We have placed a folder for the North Coppell to South Coppell Section
(Segment B, Phase I) and a folder for South Coppell to Denton Tap
(Segment B, Phase II).
We will be hosting a meeting at the Coppell Town Center (255 Parkway
Blvd.) on March 20, 2012 at 2:00pm to discuss the status of this
project. We will also discuss the status of Bethel Road, Coppell Road,
Freeport Parkway, and various residential reconstruction projects we
2
have in the works. If you have any utilities on any of these roads,
please try to attend the meeting.
Feel free to call me if you need any clarification on the scope of the
projects.
Thanks,
Keith
