His lawyer has told Bob Hager that we promised to bury the lines or have them buried by other, presumably a future
developer as compensation for his ROW. Any thoughts? By the way, Bob advises we fo not need to have anyone at the
hearing tomorrow as Keeping's attorney will not be asking for someone from City to testify. Thanks!
