Keith,
really need your help. the sprinkler system worked just fine...and yes they did a minor repair,
but did not MOVE OR CLEAN THE LINE..AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK WHEN THEY LEFT.
Also, a cement ring I had especially made for the system heads is broken...
so, no repair, system does not work and I need it moved onto my property where it
can remain in tack during the road construction...
PLEASE???????????

Ms. Lawson,
I'm glad to see they made the repair.

There may be some confusion on the relocation. The city will move any portions of your irrigation system that are in
conflict with the road widening at the time we widen the road. We don't have any plans to come and move your system
before the road construction.
As far as mowing and maintenance goes, City Ordinance requires property owners to maintain the area between their
property line and the edge of the roadway. The same situation exists in the front of your house today. You currently
maintain from your property line to the edge of Oak Trail, approximately 20 feet of which is city owned right of way. I
understand that the city is currently mowing the ditch along Sandy Lake. Once this ditch is filled in, and the road is
widened, the adjacent property owners will be responsible for mowing and maintaining the area.
I'll see if something can be done about the dirt piles left by Oncor and their pole installer.

Hi Keith,
During the year, I had Ky try to get my system working, but it would not due to the break.
Ky said the break happened before the sidewalk.
the landscapers fixed the break, but did not move the system as agreed, back onto my property boundary(s)
and I have the rest of my system to connect to the moved system...which takes a system overview

Also,
the dirt piled by the telephone pull integration needs to be smoothed out...so the city mowers can mow and
the easement cleaned up...cannot afford to fix Oncor and city construction issues...
the mower (city easement) even though he had a sophisticated mower, rake and pickup for trash...did
not want to clean ditch, smooth out dirt, nor mow around the sidewalk area, as well as trim the sidwalk...
which is in the city easement....I had to stand out there and point, as a Latino, he acted like he did not understand
english, which I was quite sure he did...
Can you help?
