Good Morning,
It's time for CoServ to start our budget process for 2010, this year we are getting a head start. We need your help; to get
me started with my portion, I need a list, preliminary or final, of the entire CIP projects you anticipate for the budget
year year. I need the location /road name, to and from points, the type of work to be done, and the project let date, if
known. This should include water lines, storm sewer, sub-grade improvements, drainage projects, bridge projects, ROW
realignments / widenings, street lighting projects, ect. I appreciate any information you can give. This information will
assist us in getting the monies allocated for the next budget year allowing a more efficient relocation effort on CoServ's
part so that we can limit conflicts with your projects. If you do not handle this type of information please forward to the
appropriate person within your organization. Thank for you assistance.
