Dear Steve,
This letter is to confirm our phone conversation this afternoon
concerning the water meter vaults and construction progress. It
is my understanding that the contractor can stand panels and
erect steel before the water meter vaults are completed. If the
meter vaults are not completed prior to construction using com-
bustible materials, then the situation will be reviewed at that
time.
Let me also express our appreciation at the City's cooperation
and understanding in this situation. We look forward to a long
and successful working relationship.
