I wanted to let you know that as every year TWC has a Corporate Mandated Network Freeze which starts a few days
th
before Thanksgiving all the way thru until January 4. If Oncor does not have their poles set and all lines ran on their
poles by the first of October TWC will not be able to do any splicing on this project.
We would be able to at least start our work but we will not be allowed to do anything that effects our plant as far as
splicing. By Richards update below I don’t see us completing this project this year. Just wanted you to know our position.

I don't know. I would guess probably not, they are mostly concerned with Oncor trimming the trees, and Verizon
and TWC don't do much of that, but I don't know for sure.

We have a meeting with the judge next Wednesday to discuss and hopefully get the restraining order lifted. I'll try
and let you know how that turns out. If we are cleared to begin construction, then I would imagine that it will
happen pretty quickly, and we should have construction done before the end of the year. I'll let you know how
Wednesday turns out.

Did you know by chance if the 2 home owners know they would have to pay us to also go ug? Many people don’t even
think about CATV.
Do you have their names and numbers so I can let them know there would be additional charges besides Oncor if they

The only change is a request from the 2 property owners to include a price to bury the line back to Cottonwood Dr.
I have provided that cost, and they now have 30 days to decide. I don't anticipate anything happening, but right
now, there is no new update as to a start date on the area in question. I'll try and keep you posted.

The project has already started, but I can't tell you a completion date due to the pending lawsuit on the eastern end
of the project. I have no idea when that suit will be settled.
