When work was started and it is started, the SPRINKLER system to my property has been interferred and water wasted....foundation not able to be watered, spikets cut off, because this is a system. The city people sent out did not even have pliers to shut off the city water to my property... and then, because the system field is under the sidewalk...they are unable to repair properly. The system along the sidewalk and easement trespass, is causing damage to my ENTIIRE system. The property sprinkler system works as a system...understand? THEREFORE, MOVE IT INTO MY PROPERTY AND IT WILL NOT BE IN CONTENTION. How many times does this need to be repaired? I really have to suffer for the city??? They will look at the ditch again this afternoon, and try to do some grading out there next week. As you know, the permanent solution to this drainage issue is the reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road. This project includes significant subsurface drainage systems designed to 1 carry the fully developed 100-year storm. The city is ready to move forward with this project as soon as the existing utility poles are moved out of our way. To reiterate our stance on the irrigation line, the city will move it at the time we build the road if it is in conflict with our project. Reviewing the plans, it is likely that it will be in conflict with the new sidewalk. If you choose to move this line prior to the project, the city will not be responsible for the cost. AND THAT WAS CAUSED BY CITY ENGINEERING OF SANDY LAKE ROAD AND DEVELOPMENTS. THE 101 OAK TRAIL PROPERTY IS THE LOWEST POINT ON SANDY LAKE ROAD .. ____________________/ now, i shall tell you, i am relying on your word, AS A CITY ENGINEER WHO HAD EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE ISSUE, as of June 27th, with fence moved back, to repair the ditch washed out by flooding....THIS WAS NOT CAUSED BY THE LANDOWNER. You are a licensed engineer and the flooding of 101 Oak Trail needs to be stopped. The law does not give the city immunity for damages to a property owner and YEARS of flooding has taken its toll on this property, but now it is getting STUPID. If the ditch line which controls the drainage which flows from the top of the hill and sandy lake road, is not repaired, flooding is a given to 101 Oak trail. the rock has be placed on martin - lawson property which was piled on 101 property line... SO KEEP YOUR WORD, PROCESS THE INVOICES FOR SPRINLER REPAIR AND MOVEMENT... AND GET SOMEONE FROM THE CITY TO CURE THE DITCH DIRT REPLACEMENT.
