The head that would not turn off has been removed and the line capped.
Please send in a completed claim form for the damage and the relocation so I can discuss it with them.

Keith,
I need to turn my water valves on....for my foundation and the water valves on the easement are worthless
for watering anything, with multiple issues.
any chance you can have someone stop by and disconnect the zone on the easement...
it will not turn off if valve is on and not controlled by main zone pad in garage.
I would like to water the rest of the yard...
and trying to get someone out to do move ....
if the secretary for the city will fund the two invoices, received,
I can get this finished...the last group will not come out again without payment
for the first repair...let me know on the two issues..
