ST9902-CS120810 (2) Halie Hernandez From:Christina Lawson <kinglp7@hotmail.com> Sent:Friday, August 10, 2012 2:46 PM To:Keith Marvin Subject:Beas Oak Trail Garage Keith, I did not think it was permitted for a standalone, open garage..and if it is allowed to permit like beas north side of house, let me know. Beas at 100 Oak Trail has developed something on the side of his home, with his van sitting along sandy lake road...and public traffic coming an going - and what bothers me, is foot traffic standing on the corner. I have chased off people coming from there standing on my corner, waiting for a ride....and of course trespassing...just what i need, more traffic...but these are no longer kids, but minorities...and adults. __________________/ beas automotive wrecked my trooper when it was in for an oil change (at that time two years old) and refused to repair it correctly, so I chose not to purse legal support due to the proximity of the issue...and do not want confrontation with a neighbor. Obviously permit area of coppell has little faith in support.... __________________/ Please have someone drive by 100 Oak Trail-the garage can be seen above the fence line, activity: bringing car haulers, and/or supplies and if legal permitted for stand alone garage, then let me know? you never know about this city Thank you C Christina Lawson kinglp7@hotmail.com This message (including any attachments) is intended solely for the specific individual(s) or entity(ies) named above, and may contain legally privileged and confidential information.
