Richard, the permit for this project has expired, we would like to get in there and work on the
underground portion next week. Can we get an extension on the current permit or would you get
us a new permit?

This is the pole that is behind the chain link fence on the east end of the project. That portion of the project is
included in what the landowners that filed the lawsuit want to be placed underground. I'm pretty sure they won't
be successful, but in case they are, we don't need to set the concrete pole and then have to go to the expense of
removing it later on, so we need to hold off on installing that pole until we know that the lawsuit is settled. We're
being held up on the east end of this project anyway, so I don't think this should add much to that delay.

OK, what is the info on not being able to set the other concrete pole? Is this going to hold us up?

No word on the lawsuit. I think we need to get the west end of the project done so that when the lawsuit is put
behind us, we can concentrate on the east end. The extra mobilization money is just something we'll have to deal
with.

See Russell’s note below. Any word on the situation on the other end of this project?

Bob
If we can’t do both poles at the same time we are going to have to add money to the project to
cover cost of additional mobilizations. If this is going to be a problem, let me know, but as of
now I will work the one concrete pole on Thursday.
Thanks

Thought y’all needed to see this note. I am not sure if the pole Richy mentions is part of the work to occur next
week.

We need to hold off on setting the concrete pole on the east end of the project in case we have to bury that portion
of line. We don't need a new conc. pole in the ground until we are sure that the lawsuit will not be successful.

I am not sure why they left but they are scheduled to be back out there setting the remaining 2 concrete poles
next week.

No, not at this time. It will probably have to go before a judge before it is settled, and that may not happen for a
month or two. By the way, no construction has taken place on the west end of the project for several weeks. There
was some discussion with Bob Harper about setting the last concrete pole, but that has not been done. Just
wondering why we removed the crew from the part of the project that we CAN work on. Thanks!

RB,
Is there any update on the status of the injunction on the Sandy Lake job?
