Thanks! From: Harper, Robert Sent: Tuesday, August 21, 2012 11:08 AM To: Brewster, Richard Subject: RE: Sandy Lake Richard, the permit for this project has expired, we would like to get in there and work on the underground portion next week. Can we get an extension on the current permit or would you get us a new permit? From: Brewster, Richard Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 8:31 AM To: Harper, Robert Subject: RE: Sandy Lake This is the pole that is behind the chain link fence on the east end of the project. That portion of the project is included in what the landowners that filed the lawsuit want to be placed underground. I'm pretty sure they won't be successful, but in case they are, we don't need to set the concrete pole and then have to go to the expense of removing it later on, so we need to hold off on installing that pole until we know that the lawsuit is settled. We're being held up on the east end of this project anyway, so I don't think this should add much to that delay. From: Harper, Robert Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 8:28 AM To: Brewster, Richard Subject: RE: Sandy Lake OK, what is the info on not being able to set the other concrete pole? Is this going to hold us up? From: Brewster, Richard Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 8:26 AM To: Harper, Robert Subject: RE: Sandy Lake No word on the lawsuit. I think we need to get the west end of the project done so that when the lawsuit is put behind us, we can concentrate on the east end. The extra mobilization money is just something we'll have to deal with. From: Russell Baker [mailto:rbaker@willbrostd.com] Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 8:06 AM To: Harper, Robert Cc: Young, Mike Subject: RE: Sandy Lake Bob If we can’t do both poles at the same time we are going to have to add money to the project to cover cost of additional mobilizations. If this is going to be a problem, let me know, but as of now I will work the one concrete pole on Thursday. It will probably have to go before a judge before it is settled, and that may not happen for a month or two. By the way, no construction has taken place on the west end of the project for several weeks. There was some discussion with Bob Harper about setting the last concrete pole, but that has not been done. Just wondering why we removed the crew from the part of the project that we CAN work on.
