Thank you for today’s update and the update dated September 13 on Oncor’s progress. It is my understanding that
yesterday the Court granted another continuance for the plaintiff to November 12, 2012. The reason the plaintiff gave
to the court for the continuance was that they were making progress on the assessment proposal with adjoining
property owners.
I have put a call into the City Attorney’s office and will be securing some potential meeting dates to get back with you on
to schedule a meeting with the Coppell and Oncor team on this project.
