Bill,
I just wanted to let you know that we have issued a permit for Tom Whatley to begin construction on the subdivision
adjacent to your property. If you recall, we asked him to provide an access easement to allow you to connect a driveway
from your property to his proposed street. This would allow you to access the median opening and traffic signal at
Whispering Hills once the Sandy Lake Road project is complete.
I’m attaching the sign in sheet from the pre-construction meeting we recently held. Scott with Conatser Construction
will be building the street. He indicated that if you wanted them to build the driveway, he would be able to give you a
cost for it. You’re under no obligation to use this contractor, or to even build the driveway, but I wanted to give the
information.
