ST9902-CS121108 (3) Halie Hernandez From:Andrew Luce <ALuce@TNPINC.com> Sent:Thursday, November 08, 2012 3:48 PM To:Keith Marvin Subject:Minimum Storm Drain Pipe Size Keith, In the City of Dallas Drainage Design Manual, page 13 states that any inlet 10’ or larger shall have a minimum lateral pipe size of 21”. In the previous Sandy Lake Rd. (S. Coppell to Denton Tap) submittal from May 2012, there were 7 laterals (F1-11, F1-13, G-1, H1-1, H1-2, H1-3, H1-4) that had inlets 10’ or larger with lateral sizes of 18”. Should these laterals be changed to a 21” pipe size or would you prefer to leave them as 18” lines? There were no City comments in regards to these line sizes in the last submittal, so I wanted to verify with you before I changed anything. Thanks, Andrew Andrew Luce, P.E.
