Throughout the process of revising the plans, both Mike and Ty Hilton, our Vice President, were involved in all major
design decisions and in the creation of the spec book. After the design was complete, the plans underwent an internal
QA/QC review at the principal level. Ty reviewed all plans and provided comments. Once his comments were addressed,
he reviewed the plans again to ensure all comments had been addressed before we submitted.
We understand time is a critical element in this project and are available to meet with you at your convenience at any
point in the review process to discuss any revisions to the plans to help expedite the review process. If there is anything
else we can do, please let us know.
