Richard, the crew is working on the underground, but it is slow going. The weather and the wet
conditions tend to slow things down. Having said that, if the weather cooperates, we should have
all the underground moved and be ready to start wrecking out the overhead by February 4.
Hopefully, it will be sooner than that, but right now that is my best estimate.

Can you tell me when the old overhead line will be wrecked out? The cable TV company is looking for a schedule so that
they can start their relocations. Also, how is the underground going? The City is asking when we are going to be
