ST9902-CS130122 Halie Hernandez From:Keith Marvin Sent:Tuesday, January 22, 2013 8:05 AM To:Andrew Luce Cc:Chris Schmitt Subject:RE: Sandy Lake Sidewalk Andrew, Since there are more poles than there are inlets, let’s move off the poles, and we’ll bend around the inlets. Oncor asked me to verify that the two poles south of Sandy Lake in the Coppell Road corridor are not in conflict. These poles have not moved, so your original survey should show their location. Can you check these for me? I’ve asked our water guys to verify the line size at the Verizon building. Thanks. Keith Marvin, P.E. City of Coppell 972-304-3681 From: Andrew Luce [mailto:ALuce@TNPINC.com] Sent: Monday, January 21, 2013 3:11 PM To: Keith Marvin Cc: Chris Schmitt Subject: Sandy Lake Sidewalk Keith, As we talked about at our meeting last Tuesday, TNP tied in the relocated power pole locations to verify there was no conflicts with the proposed sidewalk. I have attached a series of prints showing the pole location as it relates to the sidewalk. These prints do not reflect any revisions to sidewalk ramps based on comments received in the previous submittal. We can locate the sidewalk 4’ off the back of curb to avoid the power poles located behind the back of sidewalk and bend around the recessed inlets, or we can locate the sidewalk 5’ off the back of curb, avoid the recessed inlets, and bend around the poles behind the back of sidewalk. Please let me know what the City would prefer. Also, would it be possible to provide us with the size of the water line to the Verizon building at 201 Sandy Lake Rd., paving station 102+00? Please feel free to call me to discuss. Thanks, Andrew 1 Andrew Luce, P.E.
