I need to know on the south side of Sandy Lake what depth we need to be at in the right of way? It appears that all the trees will be removed to accommodate the construction of the retaining wall. It looks like the hollies will remain. We have approximately 7 feet from the face of the existing brick screening wall to the proposed retaining wall. The right of way extends all the way to the face of the existing wall. Feel free to call with any questions. Keith Marvin, P.E. City of Coppell 972-304-3681 1
