Keith,
It’s time for our weekly project update for Sandy Lake Road.
1.We had a productive meeting with RAS reviewer yesterday concerning all ramp configurations for Sandy Lake
Road. We’d like to meet with you soon to relay his comments and direction and potential impacts to the design.
2.I understand that Robert Jenkins would also like to meet with you and/or George Marshall (I’m assuming he
generated latest comments) to discuss latest signal comments.
3.Do you have detailed plans from utility companies along section 2A? We were reviewing the wall sections
yesterday and wanted to double check this area . You may have sent this information previously but I am unable
to locate it.
We’re available to meet as soon as tomorrow afternoon if that works for you. Otherwise please let me know what days
next week you have availability.
Also, Mike mentioned to me yesterday your discussion regarding the water line relocation along SH 121. Thank you for
considering us for this assignment! We can add this to the agenda when we meet to discuss SLR.
