Dear Mr Martin,
Please find attaehed~l 8 revised sets of 3rd. Submittal (Final) Plans for Subject Project. We have addressed
the following items relating to your comments.
1. Sheet 3/7 - Noted on plans that 6" Thick Pavement shall be constructed within the Fire Lane and shaded
the area designat,~d as Fire Lane.
2. Fire Lane was revised per verbal approval fi.om the Fire Marshall. Fire Lane does not turn south into
adjacent property, any longer. Due to this, a 20' radius is now shown on the drive turnout to the south and
misses the power pole.
3. Sheet 6/7 - Added a 6" Valve prior to the Detector Check Assembly Vault and moved the 8" Valve at end
of line to near the 45 degree Bend. Backflow preventers were added to the service connections.
4. A 10' x 80' Utility Easement is provided on plat for the offset in the water line at the drive entrance and a
25' wide TXU Electric and Gas Easement is also provided on the plat at the north property line per TXU
requirements. We will proceed with obtaining sig-atures from the utility companies and? .'ill be submitting
the final plat at a later date.
