Dear Mr Martin,
Please find attached two (2) revised sets of 2nd. Submittal Plans for Subject Project. We have addressed the
following items relating to your comments in a letter dated November 1, 2000.
1. An 8' wide brick paver band has been added at the existing drive entrance. The location is approximately
11.5' from the existing curb in Denton Tap Road.(approximately 7.5' inside property line). This required
removing 4.0' of existing concrete pavement at the entrance.
2. Silicone joint sealer is now shown on the Pavement Details as requested.
3. A letter requesting a variance to waive the 6" lime stabilization subgrade has been sent to Mr. Ken Griffen.
4. The outfall of Flume "A" has been directed away from the S.S.Manhole as requested.
5. Grades were adjusted near the Dumpster to avoid any fill in the 100-yr. Floodplain. Note was modified to
say" no fill or grading within the 100-yr Floodplain.
6. The Fire Hydrant lead was revised to connect to the private fire line
7. Developer is aware of the retaining Wall condition imposed on the site plan. Walls are being designed by
others and are shown on plans for location and grading purposes only.
