Maier Two Northpark, Suite 600 8080 Park Lane Dallas, Texas 75231 RE: Creekview, Phase II, Lot 3R, Block B Dear Mr. Daniel: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. An 8' wide brick paver band should be constructed at the driveway, 1' inside the property line. 2. All construction joints should be sealed with silicone. 3. A letter requesting a variance to waive the 6" lime stabilization subgrade must be submitted to the City. 4. The outfall of the proposed concrete flumes need to be directed away from the existing sanitary sewer manholes. 5. No fill will be allowed on the floodplain without an approved Floodplain Development Permit. 6. The proposed fire hydrant shown to be on the east side of the parking lot near the building will need to be connected to the private fire line. See sheet #6. 7. All proposed retaining walls need to meet the condition indicated on the site plan agenda item for this development. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans.
