My first thought was that they are going to be pissed that they spent $400 vs. download on BidSync like
everyone else….

No rush…just did not want to put these on your radar.
Did you see who picked up plans today?

Chris,

I’ve been busy today, and I haven’t had a chance to look at this. I should have some time tomorrow to
call and discuss these.

Keith,
We ran out of time yesterday before I could get to everything on my agenda but wanted to visit
with you about a few additional things:
We still owe you a fee for the park/trail improvements. I’ve been working with Tim to
1.
refine but honesty we let this take a back seat to finalizing the plans last week.
As part of my acclimation process I’ve been reviewing the history and evolution of contract
and fee modifications for this project and need some assistance filling in a few gaps. Do
you have records of all fee modifications? I’ve been reviewing our files and have located
several but am afraid that my records are lacking. This issue has little impact to the fee
mod for the park, other than making sure I note the correct designation in the series, but it
did generate a more significant question regarding accuracy of our records which could
affect billings, etc…
Sandy Lake SRW (Segmental Retaining Wall)
2.
We still have plenty of time to review wall products but I wanted to run this by you as
currently I believe that we are only specifying a traditional Pavestone wall. I’ve seen this
mosaic product elsewhere and really like to look vs. standard Pavestone walls. I’m also a
fan of the fiberglass reinforcing pin, which Pavestone does not offer.

121 Water Line – Survey
3.
Within the next couple of weeks we plan to start survey beginning with the north section
near N. Coppell Road. Towards the end of the month we will be closing in on Sandy Lake
including the parcel which TxDOT has yet to acquire ROW. Do you think that we will have
necessary permission or Right of Entry by then?
Thanks
Chris
