Keith,
All of TWC new fiber is in place and ready to be spliced. This will not cause any delays for Verizon or anyone else to
attach to the new poles.
Of course you know we cannot get off the old poles until we are cut over.
Thanks again Keith

David,
Does this delay the ability of the other utilities to move to the new poles?

Keith,
TWC was scheduled to cutover our fiber last night but due to the 2 days & nights of consecutive rain we could get to the
places we needed to get too.
nd
We are rescheduled for May 2. That’s the soonest we could get due to our fiber splicers being booked up with other
scheduled fiber cuts.
Thanks Keith

Subject: West Sandy Lake Road
Gentlemen,
I wanted to touch base and give you a status report on West Sandy Lake Road. We are currently advertising for bids for
th
the widening of Sandy Lake from Denton Tap to North Coppell Road. We open bids on April 25, and construction is
st
anticipated to begin on or about June 1 of this year.
I still see a lot of utility work that needs to take place in order for this project to be clear for us to begin. Please respond
to this email and let me know the status of your work on this project.
Thank you.
