building on approximately 1.95 acres of property located along the east side of
S. Denton Tap Road; south of Bethel Road, at the request of Creekview II

COMMENT STATUS: ,~'PRELIMINARY
1. It appears that the eastern side of the parking lot is close to the floodplain. Can this parking
lot be built without filling in the floodplain or will a retaining wall be needed?
2. No improvement will be allowed in the floodplain unless a floodplain permit is submitted
and approved.
3. Show the location of the existing driveway south of the property. The proposed driveway
must be a minimum of 120' north of the existing driveway.
4. Provide existing elevation on the site plan.
5. The proposed trash dumpster enclosure cannot be constructed on top of existing sanitary
sewer easement.
