I work in Oncor’s Transmission Right of Way Services group and have been assigned to work with you to
complete this easement negotiation between Oncor and the City of Coppell. I have attached the latest
redline draft showing a few changes which will hopefully be agreeable to the City. If agreeable, I have
also attached a clean version on which I made a couple of format changes in order to improve the
