l A~ pn'~mised, landscaping was put in place on subject property by the promised deadline in

$y this letter I am formally requesting that the city inspection depatlrrent provide me with

' cdmp~lance. I would also like to point out that the number of existing trees on my property
fear extxed the number required by the city ordinance. Until your reply, I cannot take any
f`uftIiCr action regarding this matter, and therefore request that you extend the original deadline
fcfh crf~npliance frpm September 15 to October 15.

the 8p~pearance of the property. The greatest of care was taken to assure that this project is
deserving of the pride of this great community, of which I have been a part for ten years.
