Jennifer,
My question stems from the 3rd general item on the 1st addendum dated April 16, 2013.
I find it odd that we are not just adding this item to either the sidewalk or trail line item. It becomes very
ambiguous when we add something to be paid to an item that is not being paid for like the footing of a
retaining wall. (The retaining wall is paid by the face foot of the wall and the footing is considered
subsidiary to the wall)
Could you please explain the City's position as to the logic of this method of estimating.
