Dear Mr. Griffin:
A sample of import fill soil was obtained from the above referenced
site on February 7, 1994, transported to our laboratory, and tested
for plasticity. The results of this testing, as shown on the
enclosed report, show the plasticity index to be zero (0) .
Therefore, our recommendation is that no' lime treatment is
necessary for stabilization in this soil.
